These Terms govern your use of RawMark (rawmark.tech), a document-to-Markdown conversion service operated by WPSani.store, VAT no. 12343720012 ("we", "us", "the service"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
RawMark converts uploaded documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, plain text) into Markdown format using the open-source Microsoft MarkItDown library. The converted output is returned to your browser; files are not stored on our servers.

All prices are in USD. VAT/IVA may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Upon successful payment, you receive a license key stored in your browser's local storage. This key grants access to your purchased conversions on any device where it is present. Keep your license key private. We are not responsible for conversions used by anyone you share your key with. We do not offer replacement keys for lost or shared keys unless there is evidence of theft.
Because RawMark is a digital service with immediate delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once conversions have been used. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the service from working as described and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.

We reserve the right to suspend access for any account or IP address that violates these terms.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and all Markdown output produced. We claim no rights over your documents or their converted form. Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately — we cannot access them after the conversion response is sent.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without any uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The RawMark name, logo, and website design are our property. The underlying conversion engine uses Microsoft MarkItDown under the MIT licence.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Torino, Italy, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
